Getting Started
1. Create your account
Go to financely.app/sign-up and register. After verifying your email you’ll be taken through the onboarding flow.2. Create your workspace
The onboarding flow walks you through creating an organization — this is your workspace. Everything in Financely (invoices, leads, templates, team members) lives inside an organization. Fill in:- Organization name — your company or team name
- Description — optional, shown internally
- Website — optional
3. Configure your branding
Before creating your first invoice or sending a proposal, set up your branding so everything looks professional from day one. Go to Settings → Branding and upload:- Your logo
- Brand colors (primary, secondary, accent)
4. Add your products
If you sell products or services, add them to your Product Catalog first. The AI proposal generator uses your catalog to suggest relevant items automatically when a new lead comes in. Go to Products → New Product and fill in name, price, and description.5. Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Member. Enter their email and assign a role:| Role | Permissions |

| Owner | Full access, can delete the organization |
| Admin | Manage users, settings, and all content |
| Member | Create and edit content, limited settings |
6. Create your first invoice
Create Invoice
Click Create Invoice, choose a template (or use the default), and fill in the seller, buyer, and line item details.
