Branding

Go to Settings → Organization → Branding to configure your organization’s visual identity.

What branding controls

Changes made here are applied globally across:
  • Invoice templates — your logo and brand colors appear on generated PDFs
  • Widgets — the widget’s default styling uses your brand colors
  • Email templates — the from name, from address, and logo are used in all outbound emails (invoice emails, proposal emails, invite emails)
  • Generated sites — if you use the site builder, your branding is applied to the generated HTML

Logo & favicon

Logo Upload your company logo. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG, WebP. The logo appears on invoice PDFs and in email headers. Click the upload area or drag and drop a file. A preview is shown immediately. The logo is saved when you click Save at the bottom. Favicon Upload a small icon (typically 32×32 or 64×64 px) that appears in browser tabs. SVG or PNG recommended.

Company name

The company name is used as a display name in email headers and on invoices where the seller name is drawn from branding rather than from a data binding. This can differ from your organization name.

Brand colors

Set three brand colors using the color picker (click the color swatch) or by entering a hex code directly.
ColorDefaultUsed for
Primary#2563ebMain buttons, links, highlights
Secondary#6b7280Secondary buttons, muted elements
Accent#10b981Success states, badges, accents
A live preview panel at the top of the page updates in real time as you change colors, showing how they look in a header and button context. Upload a collection of brand images (photos, graphics, assets) to keep them accessible for use in the site builder and templates. Images are displayed in a grid — hover to reveal the delete button.

Brand description

A rich text field for describing your brand — values, tone of voice, company story. This text is passed to the AI when generating sites, widgets, and email content, so the AI can write in your brand’s voice.

Email settings

FieldPurpose
From nameThe sender name recipients see in their inbox (e.g. “Acme Corp”)
From addressThe reply-to email address on all outgoing emails
Footer textAppears at the bottom of all outbound emails — use for legal text, address, or unsubscribe notice
The from address is a reply-to address only. Emails are sent through Financely’s mail service (Resend). Custom sending domains are available on higher plans.

Saving changes

A sticky save bar appears at the bottom of the page whenever you have unsaved changes. Click Save to apply. Click Cancel to discard. Navigating away without saving will prompt a confirmation.

Troubleshooting

After uploading the logo, make sure you click Save. Then regenerate the PDF on the invoice — previously generated PDFs are cached and won’t update automatically.
Widget styling uses the brand colors at the time the widget was last saved. Open the widget in the Integrations page, make a minor edit, save, and republish to pick up the latest brand colors.
Check Settings → Organization → Branding → From name. If it’s blank, a default name is used. Fill it in and save to override.
