Organization Settings

Go to Settings → Organization to manage everything related to your workspace.

General

Basic information
  • Organization name (required) — displayed throughout the app and on invoices
  • Website — your company’s website URL
  • Description — internal description of the organization
Contact information
  • Email — organization contact email
  • Phone — organization contact phone number
Address
  • Street address, city, state, zip code, country — used on invoice templates where seller address is bound
Click Save to apply changes. A sticky save bar appears at the bottom of the page whenever you have unsaved changes.

AI Settings

Auto-generate proposal suggestions When this toggle is on, Financely automatically generates an AI proposal draft every time a new lead is created — whether it arrives from a widget submission or is added manually. The generated proposal is placed in Draft status and linked to the lead. You still review and approve it before sending. To enable: Settings → Organization → AI Settings → Auto-generate proposals → toggle on → Save.
AI proposal generation uses your product catalog. For the best results, keep your products up to date with accurate names, descriptions, and prices before turning this on.

Duplicate organization

Available to owners and admins only. Creates a full copy of your organization with:
  • All invoice templates
  • All workflow definitions
  • All email templates
  • All products
What is not copied:
  • Users and team members
  • Invoices and proposals
  • Leads and contacts
  • Billing subscription
This is useful for creating a staging environment or setting up a second workspace with the same configuration. To duplicate: Settings → Organization → General → Duplicate Organization → confirm in the dialog.

Billing

Current plan Shows your active subscription:
  • Plan name and price (e.g. Pro — €5/month)
  • Status: Active, Trialing, Past Due, or Cancelled
  • Next renewal date
  • Whether auto-renew is on or the subscription is set to cancel
Feature entitlements are listed below the plan card — these show what your current plan includes. Subscribe If you’re on a free plan or your trial has ended, click Subscribe to start a 14-day free trial. You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details. Manage Billing Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices
  • Cancel or change your subscription
Usage tracking Displays your current period usage:
  • Invoices created
  • Templates
  • Team members
  • Storage (GB)
Usage alert emails Toggle on to receive an email notification when you’re approaching your plan limits.

Data Management

Export or import your organization’s data.
  • Export — downloads all your organization data (contacts, products, invoices, leads, proposals, templates, workflows) as a structured file
  • Import — upload a previously exported file to restore or migrate data
Data import overwrites existing records with matching IDs. Use with caution in production workspaces.

Troubleshooting

Go to Manage Billing and update your payment method. Once a successful payment is processed, the status returns to Active automatically.
Check Settings → Organization → AI Settings to confirm the toggle is saved (not just switched). Also verify that the AI configuration is complete — if the AI service is misconfigured, generation will silently fail.
This feature requires Owner or Admin role. If you don’t see the option, ask your organization owner to perform the duplication or to upgrade your role.
